No cookies, no tracking
This site uses no cookies, analytics, advertising or other tracking tools, and has no web forms. Fonts and images are stored on our own server, so your browser does not contact any other providers when you visit.
When you write or call
When you email us, message us on WhatsApp or call, we process the information you choose to send: your name, contact details, the content of your message and details about your property. We use it to reply, to prepare a proposal and, if we work together, to deliver the work.
The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and performing the contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation).
How long we keep data
We keep data for as long as we need it to reply and to work together. Inquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 12 months at the latest. Contract and invoice data are kept for as long as the law requires.
Who else processes data
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Emails pass through our email provider, and WhatsApp messages through WhatsApp (Meta).
Some of these providers also process data outside the European Union. In that case the transfer relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Your rights
You can ask at any time for access to your data, for it to be corrected or deleted, for processing to be restricted and for your data to be transferred, and you can object to processing. Write to [email protected].
If you believe we are not handling your data correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia.
